1. Scope and Platform Nature

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website Finderpixelcabinet.motorcycles and all related aggregation APIs, data feeds, and concierge brokerage advisory provided by Finderpixelcabinet Automotive Intelligence Ltd. ("Finderpixelcabinet", "we", "our").

Finderpixelcabinet operates primarily as a high-density market intelligence search engine and pan-European inventory aggregator. We consolidate, index, and analyze live vehicle listings from authorized European dealers, verified specialist showrooms, and private collections.

2. Vehicle Listing Accuracy & Intermediary Disclaimer

While Finderpixelcabinet employs automated validation scripts to cross-check VIN formats, mileage consistency, and dealership accreditation, we do not own, hold physical title to, or warrant every aggregated vehicle listing unless explicitly contracted under a formal Bespoke Sourcing & Escrow Mandate.

Vehicle specifications, factory options (e.g. Weissach, Fiorano, PTS), odometer readings, and pricing are subject to prior sale and real-time dealer modifications.
Users are strictly advised to commission a comprehensive Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) through our certified engineering partners or an independent master technician prior to executing cross-border wire transfers.

3. Cross-Border VAT and Taxation Estimates

All taxation calculations (including German MwSt, Italian IVA/Superbollo, Swiss MWST, French Malus, and Dutch BPM refund forecasts) displayed across our tools are for analytical comparison purposes. Cross-border tax eligibility depends entirely on the purchaser's individual legal status. We strongly advise consultation with a qualified international tax accountant.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The architecture, database aggregation algorithms, bespoke user interface design, visual styling, European market comparison matrix, and analytical editorial content on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Finderpixelcabinet Automotive Intelligence Ltd. and are protected by international copyright laws and database directives.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable German and European law, Finderpixelcabinet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from vehicle availability discrepancies, misrepresentations by third-party sellers, currency fluctuations, or border customs delays.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any contractual relationships arising from platform use shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN CISG. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Munich (München), Germany.
